All items are inspected for defects or damage prior to shipping.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED or MISSHIPPED ITEMS
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a reshipment of that product by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If you did not receive an item that was marked to be shipped using USPS, please inform us after the normal allotted time of 2 weeks for delivery in the contiguous United States, 3 weeks for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico and 4 weeks to all other countries.
We have a strict no refund policy. However, we will evaluate each case on an individual basis to ensure that we have provided everything that was promised.
